Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Kompak (operated by Aethon LLC). We want to get The Quad Pod to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During promotional periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping (United States): 3–5 business days.
Standard Shipping (International): 5–7 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking information to update.
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at help@mykompak.com.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us at help@mykompak.com as soon as possible. We can only make changes before the order has been shipped.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product, and contact us at help@mykompak.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Delayed Packages: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us and we will investigate.
7. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We currently ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard delivery times.
8. International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers should be aware that delivery times will vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing.
Kompak is not responsible for any delays caused by customs inspections or additional fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.
